Pre-emptive surface disinfection

AMC cleaners disinfecting surfaces to reduce the risk of cross contamination during pre-emptive surface disinfection

Commercial businesses as well as public organisations now have a responsibility to emphasise pre-emptive hygienic practices to ensure the health and safety of all. Whether they be staff, residents, students, patients or visitors. These pre-emptive practices include but are not limited to:

  • Good hand hygiene practices. Download Hand Hygiene Poster
  • Maintain routine cleaning services
  • Pre-emptive surface disinfection of high-touch surfaces

Disinfecting a surface will ‘kill’ 99.9% of the microscopic organisms. The proper use of disinfectants can help contain and prevent the spread of harmful bacteria and viruses.

With outbreaks of many different kinds comes an enormous amount of infections. Office disinfection has become more critical now than ever.

AMC’s Pre-emptive Surface Disinfection ensures all high-touch surfaces in all shared spaces such as offices, schools, retail, medical and all other sectors are covered.

In the office environment, the risk of cross-contamination is particularly pronounced due to the proximity of workstations and shared resources. High-touch surfaces like keyboards, mice, printers, and communal kitchen appliances become potential vectors for the spread of pathogens.

Fogging Service

Fogging disinfection

Our fogging disinfection service gives greater efficiency and coverage to reach difficult areas like ceilings, high walls and cupboards. This is an additional treatment to regular cleaning to ensure day-to-day maintenance of cross-contamination. Fogging cleaning uses minuscule droplets of disinfectant. These droplets settle under, on top of and on the sides of many objects and in inaccessible areas that couldn’t be reached with conventional cleaning methods. Fogging has been found to be effective against a wide range of bacteria, viruses, fungi and spores depending on the disinfectant used.
