Our Environmental Sustainability Initiative

Growing With Waste 

AMC Commercial Cleaning is proud to introduce GROWING WITH WASTE — an initiative designed to teach young people the positive potential of food scraps and other organic waste. This initiative will help the kids to learn how to use worm farms to compost food waste and understand how this helps the environment.

As part of our ongoing commitment to environmental sustainability, and what better way to engage them than with our new worm farm mascot, Wesley the Worm! Wesley teaches children how food waste (fruit/vegetable peels, bread crusts, paper scraps) can be transformed into valuable compost.

Children will observe firsthand how waste decomposes and learn about the importance of worms in the ecosystem.

Children will track plant growth, understanding how composting contributes to fresh, healthy food production.
