AMC Commercial Cleaning are proud to have sponsored a wide variety of causes in our 25 year history. Many of the groups we actively support eventuate from relationships that we have developed within the community and we are always open to further opportunities to be involved.

AMC support charity ball to raise funds for children’s cancer

AMC Commercial Cleaning NSW recently sponsored the Children’s Cancer Institute (CCI) Diamond Ball which was held at Royal Randwick Racecourse in Sydney. The event saw almost 600 people through the door on the night and raised $605,000 towards the institutes critical research programs.

The CCI is the only independent medical research institute in Australia dedicated 100% to childhood cancer research, existing solely to cure childhood cancer and improve the quality of life for survivors. As a regular corporate sponsor we were honoured to support a truly remarkable charity and to be a part of such a memorable night. To show our continued support, AMC Commercial Cleaning in NSW are donating 1% of all contracts signed during September to November to the Children’s Cancer Institute.

Kaleigh Jumps for Jane

On the 24th of October, AMC’s National Marketing Manager, Kaleigh Kingstone plummeted 14, 000 feet above the ground to raise money for Breast Cancer Care WA. Along with 3 other jumpers including her mum who travelled all the way from the UK, Kaleigh took part in a tandem freefall sporting a purple morph suit and pink tutu. This is the second year in a row Kaleigh took part in “Jump for Jane” and the group managed to raise over $4000!

Jump for Jane is run in honour of Jane Loring, who was on the board of Breast Cancer Care WA and sadly passed away in January 2013 after losing her battle to breast cancer. Her son, husband and best friend started the event to raise money for Breast Cancer Care WA and the event has grown since then.  This years jump saw 30 people participate, some doing it in honour of a loved one, others to celebrate overcoming their own breast cancer diagnosis or simply to raise funds and awareness as part of breast cancer awareness month.  Jump for Jane 2015 raised over $54,000 for this magnificent cause and are still continuing to push for donations. AMC continue to support WA Special Children’s Christmas Party on behalf of Make a wish foundation

AMC Commercial Cleaning WA has been proudly supporting the Perth Special Children’s Christmas Party since 2011 and for the fifth time be supporting this year’s event in November. The children invited are aged from infant up to 12 years and may be suffering from life threatening illnesses, physical or intellectual impairments, domestic violence, or living in underprivileged circumstances. The children are personally invited through Charities, women’s refuges, schools, special schools, government and community organisations.
The event happens every year just before Christmas time and gives over 3000 children a day to remember!

On the day the entertainment includes celebrity photos, stage shows, carnival rides, activities and food and treats. The kids also get to experience Santa’s toy filled cave where they get to take home 3-4 toys each!
